Homemade Zhou Hei Ya ~ Spicy Duck Goods and Vegetarian Dishes from Wanbang Chain Store ~ Duck Intestines, Duck Neck, Duck Clavicle, Lotus Root and Seaweed~
1.
All ducks should be blanched to remove blood foam, and rinsed in cold water to make the meat firmer.
A collection of various spices, this is the picture taken at the beginning, and later I felt that the spicy is not enough and added the millet and pepper!
2.
Put all the spices in the pot and boil in a bowl of water for five minutes to better exude the fragrance.
3.
Put other seasonings in the cooked spice pot, add the duck, stir fry until it is colored, put in hot water that is about level with the ingredients, cook on a low fire for 10 minutes, stir fry on a low fire and continue to cook for 10 minutes.
Put in the lotus root slices, boil the lotus root slices for 5 minutes and then add the kelp. After the kelp is boiled for 5 minutes, put the duck intestines. The duck intestines can be boiled for 5 minutes to collect the soup.
If the soup is too much, it can be heated up slightly. When the soup is small, change the heat to a low heat, and the soup can be boiled on a low heat until the soup is finished.
4.
In the process of cooking, if you feel that the soup is not enough, you can add some boiling water at any time. Don't use too much, not more than half a bowl.
5.
I picked out what I ate, and kept the remaining seasoning in the pot frozen. Next time, add a little bit less seasoning. I can only reuse it once at most. The seasoning will be tasteless if I use it too many times!
Tips:
This is the time it takes for each food ingredient to be cooked:
Duck neck, collarbone for 40 minutes, duck intestines for 10 minutes, lotus root slices for 20-30 minutes (depending on the thickness), kelp for 15 minutes, other things will be added later!
