Honey Grapefruit Tea

Rub the skin of grapefruit with salt and dry it.

Take off an appropriate amount of grapefruit peel and remove the white part, otherwise it will be very bitter.

Cut the grapefruit peel into shreds.

Add salt and scrub.

Soak in light salt water for 30 minutes and then scrub until the bitter taste is very weak.

Break the grapefruit meat into small pieces, the smaller the better.

Pour a small bowl of water into a non-stick pan and add shredded grapefruit peel.
