Honey Grapefruit Tea
1.
Wash the grapefruit with salt water and peel, the thinner the skin, the better, and cut into silk.
2.
Put the grapefruit peel in salt water, scrub and soak in salt water for at least one hour.
3.
The grapefruit flesh is removed and broken into small pieces, the smaller the better.
4.
Remove the grapefruit peel and remove the salt, and boil it over medium heat with the pulp, rock sugar, and an appropriate amount of water.
5.
Cook for about an hour until it becomes sticky. Stir constantly to avoid sticking to the pot. Boil the water and turn off the heat.
6.
After letting cool, add appropriate amount of honey, put it into a sealed oil-free and water-free container, and eat it after two or three days.
Tips:
1. Because there are no additives, the storage time is proportional to the amount of sugar. The shelf life is slightly longer if the sugar is stored more, but it is best not to store it for more than three weeks.
2. Don't put honey immediately after cooking, wait until it's not hot.
3. If you don't like the bitter taste, you can reduce the amount of grapefruit peel.
