Honey Grapefruit Tea

Rub the grapefruit with salt for 5 minutes to wash off the wax on the outside of the grapefruit peel (the picture is missed)

Peel off the top layer of grapefruit skin, not too thick

Cut the grapefruit peel into thin strips

Soak the grapefruit peel with a spoonful of salt and water for one hour, and change the water twice during the period

The grapefruit meat was broken into pieces and set aside. I used half of the grapefruit meat (you can use both grapefruit, white heart and red heart)

After the pomelo peel is soaked, put it in the pot with the pomelo meat, add two large pieces of rock sugar, add an appropriate amount of water and cook over high heat (the amount of water is subject to the ingredients that are almost over)

Bring to a boil and turn to medium heat to continue cooking

When the water is almost dry, turn the heat to a low heat and cook while stirring until it is sticky

After cooling completely, add honey and stir well

Put it in a dry airtight box and store it in the refrigerator. Fill a teaspoon each time and adjust it with warm water (you can add more honey, my house is not enough honey)
