Honey Grapefruit Tea

Prepare ingredients: grapefruit, honey, rock sugar, salt, etc.;

Rinse the grapefruit skin with water, rub the grapefruit skin with salt;

Put a little salt in clean water and soak the shredded grapefruit peel;

Tips:
1. Choose a large grapefruit with more water and sweetness;
2. The grapefruit peel does not need to be put in all;
3. When adding honey, be sure to let it cool, otherwise the nutrition of honey will be lost;
4. Keep in a sealed jar and put it in the refrigerator. Take out the warm water when you drink it and brew it.
