Honey Kumquat

Pour in clean water, sprinkle in a little salt, soak the kumquat for 10 minutes, clean and dry; cut the kumquat lengthwise and equidistantly for 5-7 knives, do not cut too deep, otherwise it will break easily

Cut the kumquats, flatten them with your fingers, and press them one by one for later use

Put sugar, kumquats and appropriate amount of water in the pot to boil; wait for the water to boil, simmer for ten minutes on low heat, until the sugar water thickens

Turn off the heat and pour honey in, put the kumquats in a glass jar, and keep them in the refrigerator for one day.
