Honey Orange Pear Soup
1.
Prepare pears and oranges. I chose small pears. You can also use larger snow pears and two kumquats!
2.
Chrysanthemums, I chose Tongrentang chrysanthemums. The taste is relatively good. You can put other chrysanthemums. Don’t put too many chrysanthemums, just about 2 chrysanthemums.
3.
The amount of wolfberry and rock candy, rock candy varies from person to person, you can put more if you like sweeter
4.
Cut the pears into small pieces and put them in the pot, the rice cooker will work, but it may be slower! Add rock sugar and an orange
5.
Pour in plain water and the ratio of pulp to water is about 6:1
6.
Put it in the pot and cook for about 20 minutes. The heat must be high-medium heat-low heat and simmer slowly.
7.
You can add wolfberry to the stew. If you want a thicker one, you can press the pulp with a spoon so that the pulp can be fully miscible with the soup.
8.
Turn off the heat in about 25 minutes, put it in a basin and let it dry for a while, then add honey!
