Honey Osmanthus Stew with Milk

Beat the eggs into a bowl and separate the egg whites and yolks.

Add pure milk and white sugar to the egg white and mix well

Sieve the evenly beaten custard.

Bring the water in the pot to a boil, and add the sifted custard to the pot. Buckle a plate on top.

Steam for ten minutes on medium heat and simmer for five minutes.

Sprinkle a layer of dried osmanthus on top of the stewed milk.

Pour some honey on the upper layer.
Tips:
