Honey Sauce Pork Jerky
1.
Add all the seasonings to the ground meat and mix well.
2.
Stir in one direction until it becomes viscous, then marinate in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
3.
Take a piece of tin foil the size of a baking pan, put in an appropriate amount of ground meat, cover it with a plastic bag, and roll it out with a rolling pin. You can choose the thin ones, but the thin ones are more delicious and easy to bake.
4.
Roll the ground meat into even large slices. It's too thick to taste bad~
5.
Move the entire piece of tin foil into the baking tray and remove the plastic bag.
6.
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees and bake for 12-15 minutes. After roasting, the jerky will shrink and the meat slices will still have some moisture. (As long as the edges of the meat slices are not burnt, you can continue to roast them.)
7.
Carefully turn it over and put it back in the oven to continue baking until there is no moisture on the aluminum foil, only the oil that is produced.
8.
The prepared ground meat can be grilled for 3 slices~~
9.
Look! The meat slices are very thin and will not be loose, so you can sell them~
10.
Fry into small cubes and you can start eating!
11.
Is it thin? Is it delicious?~~
Tips:
1. Mix the ground meat until it is sticky so that the roasted jerky will stick into a whole piece and it will be easier to roll.
2. Just roast the meat on both sides.
3. If the ground meat you buy is fatter, the salad oil can be left alone.
