The cold water stalls in the urban area always sell black bean water. After drinking for a few years, I found that the nearby shops did not sell it after returning to the countryside. I studied the cooking by myself, which is a heat-clearing and detoxifying effect. The point is that the black beans can be used as a baby after cooking. Snacks.

Honeysuckle Black Bean Water

1. Add black beans to the pot

2. Join honeysuckle

3. Add water

4. Cook on medium heat for 20 minutes

5. Add rock sugar before serving

6. Scoop out the honeysuckle and strain the black beans.

Tips:

The rock sugar can be replaced with brown sugar, or the soup can be warmed and added with honey to taste better. Remember not to pour out the black beans and drain the water. You can eat it as a snack.
