Hongyan Soup

Wash the cabbage heart and cut it down.

Blanch the cabbage in boiling water.
3.
Remove the blanched cabbage and drain the water.
4.
Wash the red dates and put them in the pot, add two bowls of water.
5.
Boil for about 30 minutes, until about a bowl of water is left.
6.
Add milk.
7.
Bring to a boil and add the blanched cabbage.
8.
Boil again, beat in the eggs, use chopsticks to quickly stir the eggs into egg flowers.
Tips:
If you like sweeter ones, you can add some sugar while cooking.
