3. Pour the horseshoe powder into a large bowl, add 300 grams of water, and stir into a raw powder slurry, and I also added 3 jujubes, chopped into it

4. Add old rock sugar to the bowl and add 300 grams of water

5. Transfer to the pot and cook on high heat

6. Cook until the sugar melts

7. Add a tablespoon of cornstarch syrup while the sugar water is boiling

8. Stir while adding to make a transparent and cooked paste

9. Turn off the heat, pour into the raw powder paste while it is hot, and stir evenly during the adding process

10. Pour the stirred flour paste into the plate, and steam on high heat for 30 minutes

11. Cut into pieces after letting cool
