Horseshoe flour is ready

Wash the jujube, remove the pit, and chop

Pour the horseshoe powder into a large bowl, add 300 grams of water, and stir into a raw powder slurry, and I also added 3 jujubes, chopped into it

Add old rock sugar to the bowl and add 300 grams of water

Transfer to the pot and cook on high heat

Cook until the sugar melts

Add a tablespoon of cornstarch syrup while the sugar water is boiling
