Hot and Sour Green Pepper Shredded Pork

Prepare pork, green peppers, and onions.

Wash and shred onions and green peppers; shred pork; smash garlic and finely slice chives.

Shred the sauerkraut stalks; mix the pork shreds with light soy sauce and starch.

Heat the oil in the pan, smooth the pork shreds, and set aside.

Add the remaining oil in the pot and saute the shallots and garlic.

Pour the green peppers and stir-fry well.
7.
Add sour cabbage stalks and stir-fry well.
8.
Pour in the slippery shredded pork.
9.
Add salt, light soy sauce, and pepper, and stir well.
10.
Adjust the flavor and serve on the plate.
Tips:
1. Make shredded cabbage, the stems can be left to make kimchi.
2. If you don't like kimchi, use vinegar to season it.
