Diced Fish Noodles with Pickled Cabbage Sauce

Prepare fresh fish cubes, ginger, garlic cloves, onions, Xinhe soybean paste, and bean paste

Remove the fins and bones of the fish pieces and cut into small pieces.

Wash the sour cabbage, onion, ginger, and garlic separately and cut into small pieces.

Heat oil in a pot and sauté the ginger and garlic diced.
