Huadiao Wine Steamed Chicken

This is a half capon, wash and drain the water

Take 200 ml of Huadiao wine, wash the shallots and tie the knots, peel the ginger and cut into thin slices. The chicken is warm in nature. We can use a small amount of ginger when cooking the chicken to avoid heat

Chop the chicken into small pieces, add salt, and grab it with your hands

Then add sliced ginger and green onion wraps and marinate in plastic wrap for more than 2 hours. If you eat it at night, you can marinate in the morning and steam it when you get home from get off work

Then put the chicken in a large bowl, then pour the Huadiao wine

Steamer on cold water, cover and steam for 40 minutes

After steaming, take out the green onions and ginger inside.

Add medlar and chopped green onion and enjoy
Tips:
1. The steaming time is different for different quality chickens. Cut into small pieces to make the chicken more delicious and reduce the steaming time.
2. Don't rinse the marinated chicken, steam it directly in the pot, and don't add salt to season it in the middle. The taste of each family is different, and the amount of salt should be adjusted according to their own taste.
