Ice Plum Sauce

After buying the plums, wash them, put them in a high-waisted pot and pour clean water.

Add rock sugar and boil on high heat for 10 minutes, then turn to low heat until the water is dry

This is what it looks like after 2 hours of boiling. If the moisture is not much, only thick sauce is left. If there is still moisture, then cook for a while.
