It's Another Young Plum Season
1.
Choose fresh green plum 1.5kg of running water to rinse twice and soak in salt water for half an hour.
2.
After washing with running water, remove the fruit pedicles with a toothpick, and dry it overnight until there is no moisture.
3.
Wash the 3kg wide-mouth glass airtight bottle, dry it, and pour it into 1800ml of 40-degree grain loose wine. (Bring the bottle directly to buy it, don’t worry about hygiene...)
4.
Prepare 3 bags of premium yellow rock candy (350g)
5.
A layer of green plum and a layer of rock sugar until 90% full, leave some space for fermentation, seal, and store in a cool and dry place. The taste will be best after one year. I am a bit full.
6.
Wait patiently for next year's "Mango species" and unsealed wine tasting.
Tips:
The green plums are fresh and free from bumps. The rock sugar is preferably yellow rock sugar. The degree of white wine is according to personal preference. It should not be too overwhelming. It grabs the aroma of plums. It is better to choose glass sealed jars for wine. The taste will be best after one year.
