Italian Style Watermelon Panna Cotta

Prepare ingredients.

The watermelon is mashed into juice, and the pomace is filtered to obtain pure watermelon juice.

Heat watermelon juice + milk + whipped cream + white sugar on low heat until the sugar melts (not boiling, about 60 degrees)

Soak the gelatin tablets in cold water for 1-2 minutes.

Put the soaked gelatin tablets into the milk and stir to melt.

Put the milk into the pudding box and put it in the refrigerator overnight.

The frozen custard can be decorated with various fruits.
