Jam Melaleuca-zero Failure Flying Cake Edition

Prepare ingredients. A packet of flying cakes, an egg, and an appropriate amount of strawberry jam.

Take out the flying cake, defrost and soften it at room temperature, and sprinkle some thin surface on the panel in advance to prevent adhesion.

Stack the thawed flying cakes together.

Roll it out and roll it into a large square cake. The approximate thickness is about 0.3cm.

Tips:
1. The dough must be rolled evenly.
2. There are about five pieces of flying cakes in a pack. If you like more layers, you can roll out the fly cake crust and fold it in half a few times.
3. The flying cakes are frozen and preserved. It must be thawed first.
4. In the choice of flying cakes, it is best to buy original ones. Generally there are large supermarkets.
