Jelly

Shalin mung bean flour (can not use corn starch, taste is not good).

Mix 1 bowl of water + 1 bowl of powder.

Bring 5 bowls of water to a boil, slowly pour the slurry into the boiling water, stir while pouring, reduce the heat, keep stirring for 3-5 minutes, see the powder in the pot is transparent and foaming, turn off the heat.

Pour it into the pan, cool it, cover it with plastic wrap, and keep it in the refrigerator.

When eating, take out the cut strips, add cucumber, sesame juice, garlic, soy sauce, vinegar, chilli oil, or stir-fry with shredded pork, beans, oyster sauce and green vegetables.
