Jujube Yogurt

Take out the stainless steel liner from the yogurt maker and rinse it with freshly boiled water to sterilize it

Pour 200ml of pure milk first, add 1g of bacteria powder

Pour the rest of the pure milk in, and disperse the bacteria powder, evenly

Put the lid on and power on for 8 hours.

The red dates are pitted and crushed by a cooking machine, and the rock sugar is also put in the cooking machine and made into powdered sugar

Add the red dates and rock sugar to the yogurt and mix well.
Tips:
The container is 1 liter, but it's full when you pour it in. The lid is not easy to cover, so I didn't cover the lid of the stainless steel bowl. The acidity and sweetness of the yogurt can be adjusted according to my preferences.
