Kimchi Claypot Rice

Prepare the main dishes you need.

Soak the rice about 1 hour in advance.

Brush the bottom of the pot with sesame oil.

Pour in the soaked rice.

Another example is clear water, submerged to a height of about 1 cm of rice.

Tips:
Ruanliang’s preferred northeast rice is super fragrant when you open the rice bag. It’s the first time I got this kind of rice. Only fresh enough rice would have such a taste.
