Kiwi Pulp Yogurt (with Homemade Yogurt Process)

Prepare raw materials for making yogurt: pure milk, yogurt.

Scald the container in the yogurt maker with hot water to sterilize it.

Pour 1L of pure milk into the stainless steel cup.

Add 50ML yogurt.
5.
Stir the yogurt and pure milk thoroughly.

Put the container back into the yogurt maker.

Boil a little water and pour it into the gap next to the yogurt machine at a temperature of 40-60°C. The amount of water is level with the scale.

Put the lid on the outside of the yogurt maker and plug it in for 9 hours.

After 9 hours, it was found to have solidified. Put the stainless steel cup inside the refrigerator together with the lid.

I took it out after refrigerating for 15 hours~ The instructions say that it is best to eat in refrigeration for 24 hours~

Prepare the ingredients for fruit yogurt: yogurt, kiwi, honey.
12.
Remove the skin and dice the kiwi fruit.
13.
Add a lot of yogurt.
14.
Pour in an appropriate amount of honey.
15.
Just stir evenly.
