Korean Pickled Garlic

Pick and wash the small roots of garlic, and control the water.

The chili sauce is boiled with warm water.

Add a spoonful of sugar and mix well.

Pour into the small roots of garlic.

Add a little vinegar.

Add black sesame seeds, mix well and marinate, put in the fresh-keeping box and put in the refrigerator.
Tips:
When adding vinegar, just add a little bit, it's too sour if you add too much.
