Korean Style Hot Pot

For the electric hot pot I use, first put a layer of oil on the bottom of the pot, and then add shredded onion and bean sprouts in sequence.

Cabbage (tear into pieces by hand).

Then put meat ingredients and soy products in turn. Meat Dishes: (Known intestines and cut flowers, sliced thick fish tofu in half, sliced crab steaks, sliced crab sticks in half, and remove fishy prawns) Vegetarian dishes: (sliced zucchini). Soy products: (Soy beans cut into small pieces, and tofu skin cut into diamond-shaped slices).

Take a large bowl, two tablespoons of hot sauce, a packet of noodles in Shin Ramen, and add half of the water to the bottom of the vegetables.

Stir well.

Pour the sauce into the pot and put some spicy cabbage cut into small pieces in the middle.

Cover the heat and cook until half cooked.

Put the Shin Ramen noodles, press down, let the noodles soak in the soup as much as possible, and cook for 5 minutes.

Put an egg in and cover it.
10.
Boil until the surface of the egg is solid (liquid inside).

Put the chrysanthemum chrysanthemum cut into sections.
12.
Finally, put a spoonful of cheese and finish.
Tips:
Put oil on the bottom of the pot and put vegetables. One is to prevent the pot from being mixed, and the other is the onion to make it more sweet.
