Kuaishou Children's Light Cabbage Stir-fried Instant Noodles

The ingredients are ready, a pack of braised beef noodles, wash the cabbage and cut into thin strips. The vegetable buns and sauce buns in the noodles were kept for later use. The seasoning buns were too strong to be suitable for children to eat, so they were discarded.

Pour cold water into the pot, boil and put in the dough cake and vegetable bag.

When cooking the noodles, make a seasoning. Put a small bowl of salt, vinegar, oyster sauce, and chicken essence in a small bowl. Finally, add the sauce bag inside the noodles and stir.

After the noodles are cooked for 7-8 minutes, remove and drain the water.

Cut the meat into small cubes. After the non-stick pan is heated, add a little oil, put the meat in the pan and fry it, and then add the cabbage and stir fry.

After the cabbage has been stir-fried a few times, add the drained noodles, stir-fry a few times, add the previously adjusted sauce, and stir-fry a few times quickly, and you can put it on the pan.

Tips:
For children, I love non-stick pans. The cooked food is less oily and non-sticky. It will be clean after a few rinses with water.
