Ingredients

Kumquat Chuan Shellfish Paste

1. Ingredients are ready: kumquat, rock sugar, chuanbei powder

2. Pour kumquats into the container and rub the surface with salt powder

3. Rinse with water and remove

5. Put the cut kumquats in a casserole

6. Add Chuanbei powder (buy from the pharmacy, 5 yuan)
