Kumquat Chuan Shellfish Paste

Ingredients are ready: kumquat, rock sugar, chuanbei powder

Pour kumquats into the container and rub the surface with salt powder

Rinse with water and remove

Drain the water, cut into pieces with a knife, (any size)

Put the cut kumquats in a casserole

Add Chuanbei powder (buy from the pharmacy, 5 yuan)

Add rock sugar (old rock sugar is better)

1 bowl of water to prevent sticking to the bottom of the pan

Bring to a boil and start to simmer

After simmering until almost, change the heat to medium to low

After slowly collecting the juice, wait until it shows a thick state.
Tips:
The boiling process of kumquat chuanbei paste will be longer, friends need to be patient
