Kumquat Jam

Wash the kumquat and soak in salt water for 10 minutes

Put water in a boiling pot, add the cut kumquat to boil

Tips:
When cooking, you must be careful not to paste the pot. You need to use a stainless steel pot or an enamel pot, not an aluminum pot or an iron pot.
