Kumquat Jam

Soak and wash the skin with hot salt water and drain the skin

Cut the kumquat into small pieces without removing the core

Use an appropriate amount of cold water in a juicer to squeeze into juice (about a teacup)

Pour the squeezed kumquat juice into the bucket of the bread machine

Put rock candy

The bread machine starts to work and press the jam button

The jam is ready, let cool, and pour it into a clean glass bottle without water and oil. It can be used as jam to spread bread or rinsed with water
Tips:
When squeezing juice, you don’t need to add more water, as long as you can squeeze the juice, you must put enough sugar, and it’s not easy to save if there is less sugar.
