Kumquat Lemon Stew with Rock Sugar

Prepare ingredients, cut kumquat and lemon, remove seeds and slice; tangerine peel is pre-soaked and shredded

Take a portable slow cooker, kumquat, lemon, tangerine peel, and sprinkle a layer on the bottom

Sprinkle another layer of rock sugar

Layer by layer until all the materials are put

Turn the slow cooker to low heat, cover and simmer for more than 8 hours,

Open the lid halfway and turn it over evenly
