Kumquat Nectar Boiled

Wash the kumquats and drain the water. Make a cross at the top of each kumquat and cut a deeper knife. Then use a bamboo stick to pick out the core but keep it intact

Boil hot water, add kumquat to remove the bitter taste and drain to cool

Pour the caster sugar into the pot and mix well with the kumquats
4.
Simmer for 40 minutes on low heat until the kumquat is soft and transparent.
