Kumquat Stewed Pear

Wash the fruits used. Pear is an organic cough pear, specially used for making pear tea.

Cut pear into small pieces with skin and core

Jujube slices

Cut the kumquat into several slices to facilitate the precipitation of the juice.

Put all the ingredients in a casserole and add water

Turn to low heat and simmer for 15 minutes

Tips:
I didn't add sugar, because there are red dates, it is still sweet and sour. If you like high sweetness, you can add rock sugar, or add honey after stewing.
