Laba Congee with Seasonal Fruits
1.
Prepare all kinds of beans (soy beans, red beans, cowpeas, black beans, peas)
2.
Prepare all kinds of cereals (sorghum rice, wheat kernels, corn, corn chopped, oats)
3.
Prepare barley, ginseng, red dates and glutinous rice
4.
Mix all kinds of ingredients and wash
5.
Pour the washed ingredients into the pressure cooker, add appropriate amount of cold water
6.
Cover and hold for 35 minutes (no ingredients except soybeans have been soaked)
7.
The cooked laba porridge, all kinds of beans are already cooked
8.
Prepare pitaya and apples, wash, peel and cut into small cubes for later use
9.
Pour the cut fruits into Laba porridge, add sugar and mix well to adjust the flavor
10.
Put the laba porridge in a bowl and serve warm
