Lamb Stew in A Small Pot

Wash the lamb and blanch it for later use.

Prepare green onion ginger, pepper aniseed, cinnamon, and dried chili.

Put hot water in a small pot, add blanched lamb, add cooking wine, soy sauce, green onion, ginger, pepper, aniseed, cinnamon, and stew lamb.

Bring to a boil over high heat, and simmer on low heat.
