Lava Bread

Pour water, sugar, salt, milk powder and flour into the bread bucket one by one.

Add yeast to the top of the flour, put the bread bucket into the Dongling JD08 bread machine, select the bread machine's dough mixing program for 10 minutes, and cover the splash cover of the bread bucket, so that you don’t have to worry about the flour when the bread machine is just running. Spilled out and soiled the bread maker.

After the first kneading, add butter into small pieces and select the kneading program for 15 minutes.

After the dough is made, it will be fermented at room temperature to double its size, about 40-50 minutes, depending on the state of the dough. While waiting for the dough to rise, fry the bacon, dice it, let it cool, and mix well with shredded mozzarella cheese.

The dough is twice as large as it is fermented.

Take out the dough, divide it into 6 portions, lightly press to exhaust, and cover with plastic wrap after rounding and let it relax for 15 minutes.

The loosened dough is rolled into a round shape and filled with fillings. Each filling is about 30 grams.

After the dough is tightly closed, place it on a non-stick baking tray and put it in the Dongling K40C oven. Place a bowl of hot water in the oven to make the oven have a certain humidity and leave it to ferment for about 40-50 minutes.

Sift the flour on the surface of the fermented bread dough (outside the recipe).

Use scissors to cut out a cross.

Then pull the cut opening outwards by hand to make it bigger.

Put it in the middle and lower level of the Dongling K40C oven that has been preheated to 180 degrees, and bake for about 18 minutes (before putting it in the bakeware, open the oven door a bit and spray water into the oven once to create steam).
