1. Prepare a pizza base (I chose a 9 inch thick base pizza base)
2. Peel the durian flesh and pound it into durian puree (I used the Vietnamese Musang King durian)
3. Spread the durian meat evenly on the bottom of the pizza
4. Spread the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly on the durian meat (I chose Anjia mozzarella cheese)
5. Put the pizza in the microwave and bake it until the cheese is melted (I used the middle and upper firepower, and it took about six to ten minutes)
Tips:Baby who likes to be particularly sweet can mix appropriate amount of condensed milk into durian\nBaby who feel that mozzarella cheese is not fragrant can mix it with other varieties of cheese to enhance the fragrance
