Lazy Must-have Beef with Sauce in Rice Cooker

Wash the beef and put it in a rice cooker.

Add sliced ginger and green onions, preferably green onions. Two pieces each of pepper, aniseed and bay leaves.

Pour boiling water in the country, one third is enough, and then add one spoon of dark soy sauce, two spoons of soy sauce, three spoons of yellow sauce, four pieces of rock sugar!

If you are not in a hurry, it is recommended to blanch the beef with boiling water first to remove the blood foam. I am anxious to go to work, so I omit this step...
Tips:
The yellow sauce can be replaced with sweet noodle sauce, I personally like it!
