Lemon Honey

Wash the lemon, dry it, peel off the lemon zest with a peeler, and set aside

Use a juicer to squeeze out the lemon juice and pulp and remove the seeds. Put the previously prepared lemon zest into the Tupperware slim pot, put the rock sugar on top of the lemon zest, pour in white vinegar, the white vinegar just overwhelms the rock sugar, and finally add the squeezed lemon juice and lemon pulp into the slim pot.

Put it in the refrigerator and mix it with water for consumption after seven days.
Tips:
The lemon zest must be thinly peeled and the inside of the lemon is white. Don't, because the taste is not good, the bitter white vinegar must have an acidity of 3.5°, so that the taste is good and the white vinegar can only be submerged in the rock sugar, not too much.
The best lemon honey must be kept in the refrigerator.
