Tips:
1. The lemon juice used this time is 5 times the concentrated juice of Pilamidi, the ratio is 1:5.
2. The difference between fructose and white granulated sugar. Fructose is a liquid. It is easy to fuse when the shaker is shaking. It is difficult to fuse together with white granulated sugar, which will affect the final taste.
3. The sweetness of Haocheng F60 fructose used in this tutorial is about 60%. If you use other brands of fructose, the usage amount should be changed according to the sweetness of fructose.
