Lemon Kumquat Sauce

500g kumquat, 1/2 lemon, 60g rock sugar

Wash the kumquat, cut in half and remove the seeds

Take half of it and use a food processor to beat into puree, cut the other half into small pieces, wash the lemon and dice, then put it in a bread bucket

Pour 200ml of water into a measuring cup and add rock sugar

Put on the lid of the bread machine and select the "Fancy Jam" menu
