Lemon Lees Cocktail

Prepare the Rui'ao cocktail, lime and rice wine.

Wash the limes and slice them.
3.
Pour an appropriate amount of water into the boiling pot.
4.
Add the lime slices and leave one or two slices of lime slices for decoration.
5.
Boil the lime slices over medium heat until the color turns white, then turn off the heat.
6.
Scoop out the cooked lemon slices.
7.
Add 50g of rice wine (including distillers grains).
8.
Pour the lemon slices of rice wine into the glass and mix into the cocktail.
9.
Put the lemon slices reserved for decoration on the cup.
Tips:
1. The amount of rice wine is increased or decreased according to personal preference.
