Lemon Yogurt

150 grams of evaporated milk, about one-fifth of a bottle of mineral water.

Thick yogurt 5 cm diameter soup spoon, three spoons (if you want to know how to do it, you can refer to my recipe ~ original thick yogurt, it’s more cost-effective to make it yourself) There are also ready-made thick yogurt, or yogurt for sale.

(If you feel that it is not easy to control the sweetness, you can gradually adjust the sweetness. Add some sugar).

Tips:
1. Yogurt also has a sweet taste, so add sugar to taste, and fine-tune it according to the sweetness of the yogurt.
2. Do not add too much yogurt, which will affect the consistency and taste of the drink.
3. The milk flavor of evaporated milk is too strong, and the milk flavor of pure milk is weak. If it is too strong, the lemon flavor is either not obvious or obtrusive. So use the two to reconcile.
