Little Flower Dress Cake

To make ganache, dark chocolate and whipped cream are mixed 1:1 and blended in warm water

Prepare 8 inch cake dough, wash and cut fruits

Tips:
Whipped cream is easy to melt in summer, so try to operate it under the air-conditioned room, with a faster hand speed, and pad ice water when whipping the cream.
