Prepare the ingredients.

Take the frozen steak out of the refrigerator in advance, and thaw it naturally; put the thawed steak in a dish with kitchen paper to absorb the moisture, and beat the steak with a meat hammer a few times, so that the beef will be softer. Tips:
Butter can be used for frying steak. Butter oil is rich in flavor, I like the taste to be lighter, so I use olive oil.
