Grilled Meat Eye Steak with Tomato Sauce
1.
Thaw the steak naturally. Preheat the oven, up and down, 220 degrees.
2.
Pour olive oil into the frying pan and shake the pan to spread the oil evenly.
3.
After the oil is hot, reduce the heat and add the steak.
4.
Fry until one side is colored and then turn it over and fry the other side.
5.
Put tin foil on the baking tray and put the fried steak on it.
6.
Put it in the middle of the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes.
7.
Put the grilled steak on the plate, wash the cucumber and green pepper, cut into strips, and put it into shape.
8.
Pour the oil soup in the baking dish into a small bowl, add salt, black pepper, red wine, tomato sauce, and sugar, stir well, and pour it into a frying pan over medium-low heat.
9.
Use a spoon to scoop out the sauce and pour it on the steak.
Tips:
1. The grilled steak will have a slightly burnt aroma. The longer the grilling time, the more burnt the meat will be. You can adjust the time according to your preference and the size of the steak you choose. If you don't like this taste, you can just fry it.
2. It takes about a few minutes to preheat the small oven, so you can preheat the oven after the steak is thawed.
