Lotus Root and Bacon Grass Chicken Soup

Prepare ingredients

Wash the grass chicken to remove impurities, cut into large pieces, slice the bacon, and rinse with water.

Peel the lotus root, wash and slice. (Dip into water)

Take the casserole, add the chicken pieces, add appropriate amount of water
