Lotus Root Pork Ribs Soup

Boil the ribs, wash them, and control the water for later use.

Put an appropriate amount of water in another pot, pour the ribs, and turn to medium heat.

Cut lotus root into sections and carrot into diamond shapes.

When the ribs are half cooked, pour in the lotus root, skim off the foam, and continue to cook on medium heat.

When the ribs are 80% cooked, pour carrots, add a handful of wolfberry, add an appropriate amount of rock sugar, and cook over medium heat.
6.
Serve out a bowl, sweet, nutritious and go to the fire.
