Make Perfect

Pour whipped cream and water syrup into the milk pot and boil;

Pour milk chocolate and dark chocolate into the boiled whipped cream;
3.
Stir in a circular motion with a spatula. If the chocolate is not completely melted, it can be melted in insulated water;

Add butter until it's all melted;
5.
Pour into the mold and put it in the refrigerator for one night;
6.
Take out the raw food from the mold, roll it with a layer of cocoa powder, and enjoy it.
Tips:
1. Melting chocolate can be melted by insulated water, so the operation can be faster.
2. It is recommended to use Favna chocolate and cocoa powder. I use Favna’s milk chocolate, dark chocolate and cocoa powder.
3. It can be kept in cold storage for one week.
4. Personally, I still like the formula of 140 grams of dark chocolate and 20 grams of white chocolate.
5. It is relatively soft, so you must be careful when taking it out of the mold to avoid damaging the appearance of the finished product.
