The melting method of dark chocolate is the same as the processing steps of milk chocolate. The melted dark chocolate is constantly stirred, and then put into a piping bag, and the dark chocolate is squeezed on the frozen dried strawberry surface. solidification.

The completely solidified chocolate beans are demoulded, and the silicone mold is pushed out from the bottom to demold.
Tips:
1. After the freeze-dried fruit is exposed to air, it will absorb moisture and become soft within a few hours, so please keep it sealed.
2. The chocolate beans are not filled, and the finished product is not a complete ball. If you need a round chocolate bean, you need to add 10-15 grams of dark chocolate and 10-15 grams of milk chocolate as appropriate.
3. Freeze-dried dried fruits can also be directly ground into powder to make desserts.
4. When the weather is cold, the chocolate will solidify quickly. If it is hard to squeeze out, you can soak the flower bag in hot water for a while, and then squeeze it.
