Malan Seafood Soup Rice

1. Prepare a bowl of cold rice, a Malan head, a clam, and a fried mushroom.

2. Add water to the pot. After the water is boiled, braise the clams until the clams open their shells.

3. Drain the shelled clams out of the pot for later use.

4. Add an appropriate amount of water to the soup pot.

5. Add soy sauce meat (the name of a kind of bacon) and cook until it tastes good.

6. Then add cold rice.

7. Scatter the cold rice with chopsticks.

8. Add fried shiitake mushrooms.

9. Cook until the soup is slightly white and the rice grains are loose.

10. Add the flesh of the clams.

11. Join Ma Lantou.

12. Boil until the soup base opens and turn off the heat.

13. Add two drops of sesame oil to increase fragrance.

14. Then sprinkle an appropriate amount of pepper to taste.
